By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Subscription Charges

Billing Terms:
By purchasing a subscription plan on OkCredit, you agree to the applicable charges and billing terms. All fees for subscription plans are clearly communicated prior to purchase and are billed in advance for the selected duration (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Auto-Renewal:
Certain subscription plans automatically renew at the end of their billing period. It is your responsibility to disable auto-renewal via your account settings before the renewal date if you wish to avoid further charges.

2. No Refunds Policy

General Rule:
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees paid to OkCredit are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No refunds for partial subscription periods.
  • No refunds for unused services or features.
  • No refunds for auto-renewed subscription terms once the charge has been processed.

Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges; however, any charges already incurred will not be retroactively refunded.

3. Exceptions

While the general policy is non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical issue.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a subscription charge was made fraudulently or without your authorization (subject to verification).
  • Technical Failures: If you were unable to access the subscription service due to a technical fault on our end, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly so that we can work to resolve the issue. Please note that disputing a charge with your payment provider without first contacting our support team may delay or invalidate your eligibility for a refund.

OkCredit reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
