Step 10: Fill the form.
Fill the income certificate application form. Information will include:

- Occupation
- Family members and their details
- Pension

- Aadhar Card number
- Annual income
- Choose the reason for applying for an income proof certificate, etc.

Step 11: Submit the form
To submit the form, click on the submit button.
Step 12: Print the form
Click on the ‘print’ button at the end of the form.
Step 13: Click on Payment.
Enter on the payment button, you will be redirected to the payment window. The fees may differ from Rs 10 to Rs. 20. It changes from place to place. The payment could be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, and UPI.
Step 14: Click on Submit.

Offline or traditional application procedure
If the infrastructure of your state/ district does not enable online downloading of documents, you may need to send physical copies to the office of your concerned district authority. The application fee is low and varies from state to state.
You may also be required to sign an affidavit stating that all of the information in the paper is true to the best of your knowledge based on your experience. The income certificate is usually issued within 10 to 15 official days.
