State ODOP portal की district list को first filter बनाएं। फिर 25-50 km radius में actual grower, mill, artisan group, mandi, processor, retailer या institutional buyer खोजें। District boundary के भीतर product होना पर्याप्त नहीं; supplier के पास quantity और buyer तक पहुंच जरूरी है। Village-level FPO, SHG, cooperative या artisan group के साथ काम करें तो purchase price, sorting standard और rejection rules लिखित रखें।
Market test में 5-10 संभावित buyers को sample दिखाएं और उनसे केवल “अच्छा लगा?” न पूछें। पूछें किस price और pack size पर वे order देंगे, कितनी बार खरीदेंगे, invoice किस नाम से चाहिए, payment कितने दिन में देंगे और rejected goods कैसे संभालेंगे। Paid trial या छोटा purchase order, मौखिक रुचि से ज्यादा ठोस संकेत है।
2026 में licence और सरकारी support कैसे जांचें?
